What is the 42 Day Reset?
A 6 week individually customized fitness, nutrition, and habit program! Get a customized nutrition program including calorie and macros goals + healthy recipes for you to incorporate into your lifestyle. Unlimited group fitness classes in the studio + a weekly personal training session is the accountability needed to stay on track. Weekly habit stacking videos creates sustainable change that will have you back into your healthy routine in just 42 days!
Who should do the Reset?
If you are struggling to be consistent with your nutrition, workouts, habits, or all of the above, this is the program for you!
What if I have done it before? Can I do it again?
Absolutely! Life changes and seasons can throw us off track making it hard to get back into the swing of things. Even if we know what we are supposed to do, that doesn't mean we are doing it! Having a trainer walk with you through the 6 weeks really helps keep you accountable.
I'm not in Speedway. Can I still do the program?
Yes! Even if you aren't local, we can customize your plan using our fitness app. You will have workouts created for you to check off and your trainer will be checking in to make sure you are sticking to your workouts and nutritional program. With the video capabilities, your 1:1 session will take place in the app- like a Zoom call.
