What is the Merry Fitmas Program?
A 6-week individually customized fitness, nutrition, and habit program! Get a customized nutrition program including calorie and macros goals + healthy recipes for you to incorporate into your lifestyle. New programming includes 3 different workouts per week to hit each muscle group two times a week for optimal results! Daily habits include tracking nutrition in the fitness app, drinking water, daily workouts, and walking 6 days a week.
Who should do this program?
If you are struggling to be consistent with your nutrition, workouts, habits, or all of the above, this is the program for you! Also, if you feel like you are putting in the work but not seeing results, you are in the right place.
What if I have done it before? Can I do it again?
Absolutely! Life changes and seasons can throw us off track making it hard to get back into the swing of things. Even if we know what we are supposed to do, that doesn't mean we are doing it! Having a trainer walk with you through the 6 weeks really helps keep you accountable.
I'm not in Speedway. Can I still do the program?
Yes! Even if you aren't local, we can customize your plan using our fitness app. You will have workouts created for you to check off and your trainer will be checking in to make sure you are sticking to your workouts and nutritional program.
