A 45-minute strength and cardio workout designed for the beginner in mind but effective enough for an advanced fitness level participant. Exercises can be modified to accommodate everyone! This is our main class. On Mondays, we focus on upper body. On Wednesdays, we focus on lower body + booty. On Fridays and Saturdays, it is a full body workout!

6am-6:45am; 11:15am-12pm; 4:15pm-5pm, and 6:15pm-7pm
A 30-minute Cardio + Core class that will get your blood pumping, kick start your metabolism, and flood your system with endorphins. These are the “feel good” chemicals that’ll help you get through even the most tedious work meetings. All fitness level welcome- modifications are made to personalize the class for every participant.
Cardio + Core is offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15am and 5:15pm
This stretch class will teach you proper stretching and relaxation techniques to clear your mind and relax your muscles. This class is specifically geared toward the senior population and beginner exercisers. This class will focus on improving balance and mobility as well as stretching. A mix of light yoga, balance/coordination, and low impact movements will have you feeling the best you have felt in years!
Stretch and Balance is currently offered every Tuesday at 10:15am-11am.
Join us once a week for this 60-minute advanced full body strength bootcamp class! This is our first Co-ed class offered in the studio! TRX, Weights, Body weight, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, and more will be used for this high intensity workout class!
Great question! First off, we are so excited that you are interested in joining us for a class and can't wait to meet you! You can sign up for a class by calling us at 317-505-0250 or you can sign up online at Mindbody.com. Booking online will require a credit card to hold your spot in class, but we waive the $25 drop in fee for any local residents on their first visit.
Yes! You do not have to be currently exercising to be able to join our classes. We keep them small (12 ladies per class) in order to ensure proper form and modificiations of all exercises. Our certified staff and members will be happy to welcome you in and we will meet you where you are at.
Yay! You loved your first class and are looking into membership options! We are so excited to walk with you on your health and fitness journey! We have a few membership options: one class per week, two classes per week, and unlimited classes. We do not have contracts and all memberships are month to month with a 30 day emailed notice to change/pause/or cancel membership. We will go over which option we believe is best for you based on your goals and will get you signed up in the studio.
