Prefer a custom workout plan and 1:1 attention from your trainer? Personal training is for you! Sarah or Jill will first meet with you (either over the phone or in person) to discuss your goals, injuries, nutrition, habits, and more. They will then develop a game plan specifically for you! You will meet in person once to three times a week for 30-minute sessions. They will have a weekly plan for you to follow with workouts, nutrition, meal prep, and more between your sessions.
